Aor undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the information of our customers and visitors to our website. We will not reveal information on our customers to third parties except when this is necessary to provide them with our services, for example provide for shipment of a product, assess their solvency and perform other security checks, perform research on customers and draw up their profiles, or when you have been expressly authorised us to do so.

3. CONSENT
We will not transfer your name, physical address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to third parties (to the exclusion of partners through whom you have accessed our site) unless you expressly authorise us to do so. If you have made a purchase from our store, we may occasionally send you updates on our new products, news and special offers by e-mail, post and telephone. You will also be given the chance to choose whether to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when registering as a member with the shop.superlativa.it site. All Aor registered members may express their wish not to receive commercial communications from us and/or from selected third parties. If you should wish not to continue receiving commercial indications from us and/or selected third parties, you should express this by accessing the “Personal Information” section of your Account on the shop.superlativa.it website. You can access the ‘Account’ section once you have registered and logged in. We may use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of performing anti-fraud checks. The personal information you have provided may be disclosed to agencies that perform solvency or anti-fraud checks, who may file such information in their archives. This is done for the sole purpose of assessing your identity. No assessment will be made of your solvency, nor will this have any effect on your credit rating.

The personal information we collect from you may be transferred to and saved in locations outside the European Economic Area. Such information may also be processed by personnel operating outside the European Economic Area appointed by Aor or its suppliers. Their processing might, for example, be necessary in order to process your orders, process payment data or provide assistance services.

We may disclose your personal data to third parties if Aor transfers or acquires enterprises or assets; if Aor or the majority of its assets is acquired by third parties, in which event the personal information of customers in our possession could constitute part of the assets transferred; if we are obliged to review or communicate your personal information for the purposes of complying with legal obligations or enforcing or applying our terms and conditions for use of the site, or for protecting the rights, property or security of Aor, of our customers or of other subjects. This includes exchanges of information with other companies and organisations for the purpose of providing protection from fraud or reducing risks of insolvency.

shop.superlativa.it contains hyperlinks to other websites which have no connection with shop.superlativa.it. Aor neither controls nor monitors such websites or their contents. Aor cannot be held liable for the contents of these sites or the rules adopted by them, also in terms of privacy or the processing of your personal information during browsing operations. 8. CHECKS ON PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you wish to check the personal information you have sent to Aor, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service. Our security procedures may entail that we ask you for proof of your identity before revealing such personal information. This proof of identity will comprise the e-mail address and password used at the moment of registration. You should therefore keep such information in a safe place, since you will be held responsible for any action we may take in response to a request by someone using your e-mail address and password. We strongly advise you not to use the remember password function of your browser, since this would allow other persons who use your computer to have access to your personal information.


9. REGISTRATION
Aor reserves the right to close the account if the user is discovered using IP proxy (Internet Protocol addresses) to try and hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt our services in any way. If you enter in any area of this website or any other service that uses a single-sign on (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) on a public computer (e.g., public library, university classrooms, etc.) and do not log out correctly, other users of the same computer will be able to access your Aor account. You are thus advised to log out with care after using a public computer. Depending on your settings, when you access the site using a mobile device (e.g., a cellphone or tablet) with a web browser application, you may remain connected on that device. This means that anyone who manages to access the device may be able to use your Aor account. We advise you to protect mobile devices with a password, and if the device is lost or stolen, use remote data cancellation options (if available) to delete all personal information on the device, and change the password of your Aor account.

What is a cookie and what is it for?
