Superlativa s.r.l. undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the information of our customers and visitors to our website. We will not reveal information on our customers to third parties except when this is necessary to provide them with our services, for example provide for shipment of a product, assess their solvency and perform other security checks, perform research on customers and draw up their profiles, or when you have been expressly authorised us to do so.

We will not transfer your name, physical address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to third parties (to the exclusion of partners through whom you have accessed our site) unless you expressly authorise us to do so. If you have made a purchase from our store, we may occasionally send you updates on our new products, news and special offers by e-mail, post and telephone. 8. CHECKS ON PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you wish to check the personal information you have sent to Aor, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service. Our security procedures may entail that we ask you for proof of your identity before revealing such personal information. This proof of identity will comprise the e-mail address and password used at the moment of registration. You should therefore keep such information in a safe place, since you will be held responsible for any action we may take in response to a request by someone using your e-mail address and password. We strongly advise you not to use the remember password function of your browser, since this would allow other persons who use your computer to have access to your personal information.

9. REGISTRATION

Superlativa s.r.l. reserves the right to close the account if the user is discovered using IP proxy (Internet Protocol addresses) to try and hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt our services in any way. If you enter in any area of this website or any other service that uses a single-sign on (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) on a public computer (e.g., public library, university classrooms, etc.) and do not log out correctly, other users of the same computer will be able to access your Superlativa s.r.l.  account. You are thus advised to log out with care after using a public computer.
