  •  HOW DO I SIGN IN?

If you are a returning customer, click the ‘Log In’ tab located on the top of the screen, and enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer, click the ‘Click here to sign up " in the Homepage and insert your email address, we will create your  account. You can also create a new account buying your first product  at the end of the checkout process

  • HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?

In the ‘Customer Log-In’ page, click on “forgot your password ?". This will open a new window, where you’ll be asked for your email address. Enter your email, and we’ll send you a link by email to create a new one.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro,  American Express, Diners Club International, My Bank, UP Mobile, Sofort Banking , JCB, MasterPass and Paypal.

  •  HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?

Taxes that appear on your order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be determined when your order is shipped.

  •  CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?

We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes, please inform us immediately, within 6 hours after order confirmation, at customercare@superlativa.it writing your First name, Last Name, email address and the order details (code, products purchased, total amount paid)

  •  WHY DOESN'T MY PROMO CODE WORK?

Please check that you entered the promo code exactly as shown, without spaces. If the problem continues, please check the terms and conditions or write us an email to customercare@superlativa.it

  •  HOW CAN I USE MY PROMO CODE?

4) SHIPPING

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

When an order is shipped, we’ll update you by email to show you the tracking number(s). Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination on the DHL online tracking service:  http://www.dhl.it/en/express/tracking.html

5) WARRANTY POLICY

  • WHAT IS THE superlativa WARRANTY POLICY ?

The superlativa branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If superlativa branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to the #85bfaf;">superlativa Warranty Department, Aor Srl Via Delle Marine 9, 24064 Grumello del Monte (BG) , Italy. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured, superlativa cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned
